1953 Class Reunion

July 27 and 28, 2012

The 59th reunion will be a two night event on July 27 and 28, 2012 at University Place at SW 3rd and Lincoln in Portland.

Friday, July 27 from 6 to 9 PM will be an informal gathering around the pool area with a no host cash bar and light hors d'oeuvres, vegetable crudites and cheese platter. Saturday, July 28 will start with a no host bar and social gathering from 6 PM to 7 PM and continue with a sit down dinner and program from 7 PM to 11 PM. The dress code for both nights is nice casual.

University Place has blocked 25 rooms for both nights for overnight guests at a special price of $89.00 per night plus 12.5% tax. This includes a complimentary continental breakfast. There is a $12.00 charge per night for overnight parking. Room reservations can be made now by mentioning LHS Class of 1953 59th Reunion. Call 1-866-845-4647 or 503-221-0140. For those not staying overnight there is no charge for parking on Friday night after 5 PM and on Saturday after 1 PM unless the policy changes.

There is a possibility we will be able to tour Lincoln Hall, which is now part of Portland State University. Let us know if you are interested.

Approximate cost, including both nights, is $60.00 per person. A registration form will be sent in late February or early March 2012.
